You need a program to unzip the files. If you don’t have one, you may download Winrar to do so. Go to google.com and enter winrar in the search box.

You can’t view Painter’s palette by opening the txt file. All you will see is a bunch of code. You need to open them through Painter as I explained int he previous replay (see above) under Instructions for Painter.

It’s me again. I did get your e-mail, and I tried to answer, but I guess it didn’t work.
The second download was fine with photoshop, but the first .zip file contained ‘text documents’ and not ‘aco’ documents, so I couldn’t open them.
Any suggestions?
