Digital Fine Arts
Digital Fine Arts (digital paints) are original pieces of art and are created in the same manner as Traditional Fine Arts, but with the use of a Wacom drawing tablet and digital painting tools instead of the use of a brush and traditional media. They are not the result of photo manipulation.
All of the artist’s digital paintings are hand painted, created stroke by stroke. Images or paintings created are originals from the imagination of the artist or by using a photo to look at as a reference. But all strokes, lines, tones, blending are done by hand with use of the digitizing tablet and pen. In the galleries, we will specify the medium with the following terms: digital oleo, digital watercolor, digital charcoal, digital pastel, etc.
Digital prints are “original multiple” signed and numbered by the artist. They are considered originals because every print is reproduced in the same media in which they were created.
